Content Creation on Aquauto.com

The simplest way to create any type on content on Aquauto.com is to go to your "Create Content" Menu on the left sidebar.

If you read nothing else on this page, at lease read the "Upload a File" and its alternative sections below. The rest is fairly self explanatory.

Content types

Each link will lead to a 'type' of content. Below is a list and description of each:

• Blog entry - Allows you to create a blog post for your personal site blog.
• Electrolyzer - Allows you to input electrolyzer data. Information from this form will go into the electrolyzer database
• Forum topic - Allows you to post a new forum topic without first going into the forum.
• Upload a File - Allows you to upload images and documents and will be shown in the files view. The images/files uploaded with this will NOT be viewable to unregistered users. If you are just wanting to upload an image to insert into a blog post, forum post, or wiki page, you would be better off using the alternate method below.
• Vehicle - Allows you to input vehicle data. Information from this form will go into the vehicle database
• Wiki page

Alternate methods

• Electrolyzer/Vehicle - Information can also be added using the links on your "My account page"



• Forum topics - Forum posts can be added the 'normal forum way' by going to the forum and using the "Add new forum topic" button. Forum reply's/quote's are done using the "reply" or "quote" button under the forum topic post.



• Upload a File - For simply inserting an image into a blog/forum/wiki page, simply use the "insert image" button on the input toolbar. The images uploaded with this tool are viewable by anyone, even non-registered users. I recommend using this toolbar for blog/forum/wiki page images.

The images uploaded with this tool are also viewable using the "Personal Files" link under your user profile (ie the "My Account" link).
