March 6 marks the anniversary of the fall of the Alamo back in 1836. For more than 13 days, 186 brave and determined patriots withstood Santa Anna's seasoned army of over 4,000 troops. To a man, the defenders of that mission fort knew they would never leave those ramparts alive. They had several opportunities to leave and live. Yet, they chose to fight and die. How foolish they must look to this generation of spoiled Americans.  ...read more... »

Super Simple bubbler

I was thinking of an easy bubbler to make for my upcoming vehicle installation when I remembered the concept of the U-tube from the old hydroxy patents (Brown et al).

It doesn't get much easier than this, well for sub 1 L flow rates at least. Two 10mm to 15mm irrigation reducers and 2 elbows and a length of vinyl tube.
This has been tested by lighting the outlet and its passed with flying colors, stopping all flashbacks and not falling apart.  ...read more... »

It is the holiday season, winter time, and gas prices have dropped lower than they have been in years. All of these 'events' are causing hydroxy research, throughout the web (including here at Aquauto.com), to slow down.  ...read more... »
